The STARS Program is looking for an intern for the summer who will be responsible for managing our various social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram). This position would be from June 1st through August 31st with the possibility of extension through the fall months. Please note this is a "work from home" internship as we do not currently have an office location.
The S.T.A.R.S. Program is looking for an intern for the summer who will be working directly with the Vice President and will be responsible for researching and helping to set up/manage various nonprofit management tools for the organization. This position would be from June 1st through August 31st with the possibility of extension through the fall months. Fundraising/Donor Management Committee
This committee's main function is to manage the donor database system and track donors. They are also in charge of coming up with various fundraising ideas and delegating fundraising roles to team members.
Volunteer Coordination Committee
This committee's main role is managing volunteers during our various events as well as ensuring these volunteers are trained and know what they are doing the day of the event. This committee will track volunteer engagement at each event and keep a record of volunteers.
This committee handles all aspects of marketing for this organization, including flyers, brochures, social media, newsletters, etc. There are two parts of this committee, one focusing on the traditional marketing aspects and the other focusing on social media.
This committee handles all scholarship applications. They also work directly with the Treasurer to determine which applicants are approved and receive funds.
